Frames etc.

The frames were obtained laser cut, so were ready profiled. Therefore, the work done on them was:

1. Mark out and drill the required holes
2. Cut and fit footplate (etc.) angles
3. Machine and fit brake shaft bosses
4. Machine, make and fit weighshaft bosses (lugs were laser cut)
5. Cut and fit buffer beam angle
